New and very cute apartment, near the sea and the pedestrian promenade where there are clubs, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The housing unit is located in a quiet area on the mezzanine floor of an elegant condominium and consists of an entrance hall, a large kitchen and living area, a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large habitable terrace . Boutique Home Lignano offers a comfortable and reserved covered parking space.
Hi, I'm Erika and I'm a lover of beautiful things, but above all I'm happy when people come into my house and feel good. I hope to please you with this new and beautiful apartment created with love.
The apartment is in a great location; the area is very quiet, but 100 m from the beach and the pedestrian avenue. At 50 m a supermarket, an excellent winery where you can enjoy splendid aperitifs and meet beautiful people, restaurants, bakeries and bars.
