The structures of Brama Village are three-storey villas where, if desired, two different "independent" family units can coexist: in the upper part there is a bathroom and three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, one with a double bed, one with single beds that - together - can become a double bed ... the entrance floor includes the kitchen and the living room with TV and gives access to the terrace with table, six chairs, garden and beautiful view of the dock and the hundreds of boats that form it. On the lower floor there is an open space with bathroom, where they can lodge 4 to 9 people (depending on the choice of the villa). the chech-in is given the "private" pool card, that is, not open to the public, which can only be used by the owners and tenants (weekend, weekly or seasonal ...)

Aprilia Marittima is the largest tourist port in Europe, so the vision of hundreds of boats (lined up in the piers or maneuvering in the port) from the balconies of our facilities is fascinating and constant ... The town center is contained but inviting: you will find some excellent restaurants, two supermarkets, a handful of bars and pizzerias. Those who book their holidays in Aprilia usually love peace, the quiet you breathe, relaxation, the total lack of stress ... they rarely move during the day, except for a visit to the beaches of Lignano and Bibione which are just a few kilometers away . Our facilities allow free access to the private swimming pool, the "right" alternative to the beach for those who love little confusion. For those who enjoy barbecues, the neighborhood is littered with barbecues. Evening ventilation is practically a standard, so the heat and heat of Lignano in this oasis of peace is absent or at least much more limited, sleeping will never be a problem.
