Ca' Phoenix is a dream come true. My husband is sardinian, he moved to Venice as a teenager. He has been working hard all his life to achieve his goal: to own a piece of his beloved island.
I am Venetian, I have 5 grown-up kids and 4 nephews.
I chose Ca' Phoenix because it is the best solution when you have kids: the beach is 2 minutes far, the garden is fenced and kids can play safely. The neighborhood is delicious with nice villas and smart gardens, very calm and quiet.
