Large apartment in a quiet area, easy to reach, on the first floor with lift, near the Rivazza entrance. Guests will find: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and windowed balcony. WiFi and TV. Up to 5 beds. The apartment overlooks a private road with free parking at the front and a large communal green area at the rear. Possibility of storing motorcycles and cycles in the garage. The motorway and industrial area are easily accessible. A few meters away: RideMovi bike sharing, bus stop, bar, supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, pizzerias. All of Ca' Marghe is available to guests. Self-check-in is possible.
A short distance from the Enzo and Dino Ferrari racetrack, easily reachable by car, 40 km from Bologna and 13 km from Faenza, this apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring the area. Just 10 km away is the picturesque medieval village of Dozza, famous for its murals and the imposing Rocca. At 25km you will find Brisighella and at 45km, Ravenna.
