Nestled among olive trees and a 15-minute drive from the sea, Ca' Roscia is the ideal place for those seeking peace and nature. Ca' Roscia consists of three apartments: the Nest, the Den and the House. Il Nido: one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and covered outdoor terrace. La Tana: one space with a double bed with a partition, a double sofa bed, bathroom and equipped kitchen. La Casa: three rooms with double bed, sitting room and outdoor terrace, one bathroom and equipped kitchen. La Serra: an annex adjoining the pool, without a kitchen and with an outdoor bathroom, where beds can be added. In the outdoor space, shared among the three apartments, there is a swimming pool with chairs and deck chairs and an equipped outdoor kitchen, and the garden. Included in the price are towels, sheets and in the kitchens oil, salt, pepper and chili. IMPORTANT: The pool is open from June to September. Due to the medieval construction of the Borgo, the house cannot be reached by car, but by walking about 5 minutes. We will be happy to help you with your luggage.

From the house it is possible to walk to the Laghetti di Lecchiore (35 minutes on foot), where it is possible to go swimming, or to the charming medieval village of Dolcedo (40 minutes), where there are bars and a shops.
