Located on a hillside and surrounded by vineyards and cypress trees, Capanelle Wine Resort is around 500mt from Gaiole in Chianti's town center. It offers a panoramic outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi throughout. Property info

Our resort is the perfect place for those who look for relaxation thanks to our peaceful atmosphere and our wine. We have two pools, the infinite pool and the hot tub. The use of both is included in your stay. We offer a B&B accomodation. Breakfast is served everyday. There is no buffet as we would like to offer fresh and high quality food. Our seven rooms have been recently refreshed but without losing the Tuscan style. The resort is in fact is a farmhouse from the 17th century and it is connected to our wine cellar where our wine is produced. The guests can for this reason live both the winery and the wine production. There is no restaurant inside, but we can organize by prior reservation cooking classes, food / wine pairings ( lunch time) or simple wine tastings (these services are to pay extra).

Gaiole in Chianti è il punto di partenza per visitare altre importanti cantine, come ad esempio il Castello di Brolio o il Castello di Meleto. Questi luoghi oltre ad essere cantine sono castelli di un'elevata importanza storica. Qui storia, paesaggio e cultura enogastronomica si fondono. Il borgo di Vertine a pochi km dal centro del paese è una gemma incastonata nelle colline del Chianti Classico. C'è la possibilità anche di arrivarci a piedi da Capannelle, ma è un percorso impegnativo essendo tutto un sali e scendi. Inoltre poco lontano si può visitare il particolare Parco Sculture. Si possono poi visitare tutti gli altri paese che compongono il Chianti Classico: Radda in Chianti - circa 15 minuti di macchina Castellina in Chianti - circa 25 minuti di macchina Greve in Chianti - circa 40 minuti di macchina La città a noi più vicina è Siena che dista circa 40 minuti di macchina.
