Small historic house with a view of the Gran Sasso, ideal for a couple or a family of up to 3 people, 150m from Via del Corso. My accommodation is very welcoming and pleasant, ideal for rest and relaxation It offers all the comforts and services necessary for a perfect stay It is located in a very quiet and safe area, a few steps from all the services and places of interest in the city. It is a perfect accommodation to enjoy a unforgettable stay in the city It is very spacious and bright, with a very careful and pleasant decoration The kitchen is fully equipped, has everything you need to prepare meals and drinks The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet An equipped terrace where you can enjoy a breakfast or a beer on warm summer evenings while watching the sunset over the Gran Sasso

The house, like the historic center, retains its ancient medieval appearance, in some points modeled on the Roman city model. It is possible to reach the belvedere, Corso Elio Adriano, Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Duchi Acquaviva (called Piazza del Comune, formerly Piazza Guglielmo Marconi), and all the historical and artistic monuments on foot. Being inside the historic center, it has all the services at hand.
