This spacious accommodation is perfect for group travel. It has five bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and three with two single beds each. It is an old three-story stone house located in the historic center of the small and charming town of Acquaviva Collecroce, located 30 minutes from the Adriatic coast, Termoli beach. The house has an indoor closed garage, which is a rarity for the region (only for narrow cars, e.g. FIAT 500). Street parking is free. Also there is a free parking lot, few steps from the property, at Piazza Nicola Neri.
Welcome to Casa Acquaviva Collecroce, a traditional stone house typical of the small towns in the region. The house has a simple and welcoming decor. It has three floors (ground, 1st, and 2nd), with one en-suite bedroom located on the first floor, and four bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a toilet on the second floor. The kitchen has several basic appliances and utensils to meet your needs during your stay. Our bed linen is of the highest quality, with sheets made of 100% Egyptian cotton with a 300 thread count.
The house is located in the historic center of Acquaviva Collecroce, a few steps from the Church of Santa Maria Ester, which was originally built in the 17th century. At the beginning of the 18th century, the church was in ruins and was rebuilt in 1715 by the inhabitants of Acquaviva, financed by the Order of Malta. In the historic center there are still several buildings dating from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. The central Piazza Nicola Neri, where the church is located, was modernized in 1975 with new paving. Near the property "Casa Acquaviva", which is a few steps from the central square, there is a small grocery store/bakery, pharmacy, butcher's shop, general store, bar, post office and ATM, all within walking distance.
