In the historic center of Alghero, Casa Alba Chiara enjoys a fantastic location, a few steps from Piazza Civica, the city's flagship, and a few meters from the marina and the seafront, despite being in the center. Located on the fourth floor accessible by elevator of an elegant historic building, Casa Alba Chiara can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests+1 child up to 3 years old. It consists of a living area with air conditioning, where there is a kitchenette with fridge freezer, stove, microwave oven, dining area, comfortable double sofa bed, single bed, flat screen TV. The double bedroom with air conditioning and the bathroom with shower and washing machine complete this delightful home. The apartment is located in the center of all services: restaurants, shops.bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, banks, bus station, ferry port, etc. In an area rich in attractions, history and culture, where it is possible to walk from dusk until late at night, immersing yourself in the Catalan nightlife. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the attractions of the historic center of Alghero and for a vacation close to the sea! You will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property before arrival. If you do not receive the contract in time, you must contact the agency that manages the property at the number indicated on the booking confirmation. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee of 15 EUR per person, per stay.

The historic center of Alghero is certainly the most beautiful and characteristic area of the city. well-kept, full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets. local and all services, moreover it is not far from the beach (10 minutes on foot) and from the port, The house is located in the ZTL area but being on the border it is not far from the large free parking lot of the port and from the parking lot of the piazzale della pace, partly free and partly for a fee.
