Autonomous apartment 45 sqm with independent entrance, located inside a fenced-in courtyard. There are all the essential services, the necessary for the kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, television, wifi connection, washing machine and clothesline. Outside there is a table with garden chairs where guests can rest and smokers smoke. Before each use, the environment is completely cleaned and sanitized with steam at 160°. News: in February 2024 we have installed the water purifier. It is rented with the criterion of a "holiday home", not in the form of a hotel, meals are not served and guests clean themselves during their stay.
