Traditional Salento house mostly renovated in 2022. The house is totally independent and consists of: - 2 large and bright bedrooms with 2 double beds (or 1 double and 2 single ones if necessary) and windows - Living room as relax area accessible from both bedrooms - Dining room and kitchen connected and equipped with everything you need - Bathroom with all amenities, tub/shower and window - Large and bright patio perfect for outdoor lunches/dinners. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Free parking on sight in the street in front of the house. The house is located in Surano, a quiet village in Lecce, which is by car: - 15min from Castro (cliff, blue flag) - 10min from Andrano (cliff) - 20min from Otranto (beach)
