The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 3.000sqm. equipped with pool for exclusive use of the guests (10 m. x 5 m. prof. 140cm.) with outdoor shower. The property also has areas equipped with barbecue and wood oven for lunches and dinners. Private parking in the property. In two rooms adjacent to the villa occasionally lives in the maintenance guy. The house is located at 4.5km. from the small town of "Corella", at 45km. from Florence, 32km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 27km. from the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club".
