Bright and welcoming two-room apartment in the Torregrande marina, in an excellent position to reach the most well-known towns and beaches, equipped with all services such as bars, restaurants and kiosks on the beach. The house consists of an entrance hall, living room with TV and kitchen equipped with appliances such as a microwave, fridge and freezer. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed. It has a full bathroom with amenities. The property includes a small equipped balcony, excellent for breakfast and for relaxation. Possibility of parking near the structure. Parking is free every day at all hours. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
