Elegant villa renovated with terrace, located in a green context a stone's throw from the sea (4 minutes on foot). The structure is equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing or remotely relaxing holiday with rooms equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, fast wifi, safe and desk. The villa is fed by sunlight (6 kW photovoltaic and 15 kW storage) and also has solar panels for hot water. It has a large living room with kitchen, three independent rooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Cir 068028cvp0740
I like polite people and try to make people feel at home) people) people. This manifests itself in the care of details and in the scrupulous cleaning of the apartment. The journey is an experience and must be experienced in all its aspects.
The surroundings are provided with each service. The first supermarket (Todis) is 3 minutes walk, the second (tiger) is located inside a shopping center. At 100 meters there is Upim. On the left side of the villa, a municipal road starts which leads directly to the sea, a free beach with plants around evening activities and fields from Padel and Beach Volley. On the road to the sea you cross a cycle path for exclusive use, called the park road that leads directly to the center of Pescara.
