With the natural beauty of the warm Maremma countryside framing the surroundings and the turquoise waters lapping at its shores, this house is the perfect beach vacation home! Nestled on the seashore, with private beach access, this peaceful double-storey retreat is an excellent getaway for families and offers child, elderly and pet-friendly premises. The house has 5 cosy bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen to offer an essentially carefree and comfortable vacation for up to 9 guests in the beautiful lagoon town of Orbetello. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of EUR 35, payable on the spot. Gas for heating between April 15th to November 1st has to be paid on the spot based on consumption. A tourist tax of EUR 1/person/day for up to 7 days is to be paid at the property. Guests up to 14 years are exempt.
