In the historic center of Ponza, just 200 meters from the dock where ferries arrive. The house is located on a small street just above the beginning of the main avenue, with a view of the famous Bourbon port and toward Frontone Beach. The entire property is at street level with no barriers, completely independent, and features an entrance onto a terrace with a शानदार view of the port and the island’s skyline. From the terrace, there are two separate entrances: one into the kitchen and one into one of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has direct access to the outside through a French door, while the second bedroom is adjacent and accessed internally through a door. Both bedrooms are furnished with two double beds and two single beds, for a total of six sleeping places. In the bedroom near the entrance, there is a two-door wardrobe. There is one indoor bathroom next to the kitchen and another outdoor bathroom next to the bedroom. Ideal for families who prefer not to travel by car or bus—within just a few steps you can reach child-friendly beaches, all kinds of shops, places to rent boats or motorboats, restaurants, bars, and many other सुविधाएँ. It is also perfect for young people who want to enjoy the nightlife, as it is less than a minute from the main street, where you can fully experience the magical atmosphere of this beautiful island. The atmosphere of a seaside village like Ponza is hard to replicate anywhere else. Bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds, grocery stores, and agencies for booking boats are all just a few steps away!!! Less than 100 meters from the house, from the square where the ferry you arrived on docks, you can catch a bus that goes around the entire island. Just a short walk from the stop, you’ll find small boats that can quickly take you to Frontone Beach. Two other small beaches are also easily reachable on foot. Being located in the port area, in just a 5-minute walk you’ll find agencies that rent private boats or cooperatives that organize tours to Palmarola, the Grotte di Pilato, Zannone, and many other stunning locations!
