Detached villa just 200 meters from the beach, with a large private garden in the heart of the city — a rare combination perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is ideal for families or groups of friends and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. (9 people max) The private garden is perfect for relaxing and spending time together, with sun loungers, seating areas, dining tables, and a BBQ for outdoor meals. A perfect mix of comfort, space, and location — everything you need for a great beach holiday.
I personally take care of the house and garden, paying attention to every detail to create a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment. I love art and design. I also love traveling, and through my own experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to feel welcomed and supported by locals. That’s why I always try to offer my guests the same care, making them feel at home from the very first moment.
The location is one of its main strengths: the area is central, safe, and very well served. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a park with playground are all within walking distance, so you can easily get around on foot and enjoy your stay without needing a car. In just 5 minutes walking, you can reach both free beaches and equipped beach clubs, where you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers.
