Casa Lateis 24 is an authentic retreat, created through the careful and respectful renovation of a historic inn, of which the original wooden entrance door has been preserved. This home combines the charm of tradition with modern comfort, designed to welcome you into a warm, well-kept, and homely atmosphere. The spaces are large, bright, and functional. The house features two triple bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests — ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to share a peaceful stay surrounded by the tranquility of the mountains. The bathroom, completely new, is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, spacious and comfortable, designed to offer practicality and relaxation after a day outdoors. The heart of the home is the cozy open-plan living area, where the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook freely, just like at home: generous worktops, full appliances, and all the essentials to prepare and share your favorite meals. Next to it, the sitting area invites you to unwind, whether chatting, reading, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. Every detail has been carefully considered to make you feel immediately at ease, in a setting where comfort and authenticity live together in harmony. Inside the house you will find a fireplace and a traditional “spolert” (typical Friulian wood-burning stove), which are NOT in use. There are also two rooms not accessible to guests, used as storage spaces.
