My name is Luca. I was born in Calabria and, after studying law in Rome, I decided to return to my homeland. I work as a lawyer, but my passion for nature led me to become a hiking guide (Official Guide of the Pollino National Park). While showing visitors the narrow lanes of Civita's old town, I fell in love with two small stone houses, which I purchased and renovated in 2016 to welcome travellers eager to discover the wonders of Southern Italy.

Tra le stradine del borgo non sarà difficile incontrare qualche vecchia signora disponibile a svelarvi i segreti e le ricette della cucina tipica. La lingua e la cultura arbereshe caratterizzano questo antico borgo fondato nel XV secolo dal Principe albanese G. Castriota Scanderberg. Il Ponte del Diavolo e le "Case Kodra" sono solo alcune delle attrattive da visitare. Civita è inoltre famosa per l'enogastronomia. Presso le sue accoglienti trattorie è possibile degustare i piatti tipici della cucina tradizionale.
