Apartment on the 1st floor, very central, along the Provincial Road 71 in Subbiano (ar) Porta Del Casentino Independent Air Conditioning On All Rooms Excluding Bathrooms. Newly Restored With Internal Insulation And Led Lights. Classic Tuscan Furnishings Composed of Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Refrigerator, In The Baths Available Hair Dryer, And Courtesy Kit, In The Kitchen Courtesy Kit And Coffee Maker With Mocha, And All The Need For Cooking. Our apartment is located in Subbiano (arezzo). It is located in a quiet residential area between Arezzo and the Casentino. Near the S.s 71 is easily accessible and perfect starting point for many excursions. Nearby there are supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars, pharmacy, newsagents, tobacconists, banks and post office. All easily accessible on foot. A first aid point is also a few meters away.
