Casa Mulas is a beautiful house part of a structure of two apartments with private access to the beach and surrounded by a garden consisting of an orchard, a vineyard and an olive grove overlooking the mountains and the sea of the Marina di Tertenia.

Neighborhood info

The Marina di Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to beaches with pebbles, to coastal trekking trails. In the area there are two main beaches with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area you can find kiosks offering food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and two supermarkets. The main village of Tertenia is 10/15 minutes by car and here you will find all other services such as ATM, petrol station, post office and further restaurants and supermarkets.
