We are in Residence Zinnibiri, a new residential area a few hundred meters from the main beach of Foxi Manna. The area is ideal for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday, and immerse themselves in the local culture surrounded by nature and good food. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with floor shower, laundry area, living room with TV, and kitchen/ dining room equipped with a dishwasher. Outside, a beautiful veranda with a garden from which you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of the coast of the Marina di Tertenia. A two-minute walk, the communal infinity pool, is open from 15 May to 30 September, and private parking. The Marina of Tertenia is distinguished by its beaches with fine white sand, shallow waters, rocky areas ideal for snorkeling or fishing, and numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty.

The Marina of Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to pebble beaches, to coastal hiking trails. The area has two main beaches with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area, you can find kiosks that offer food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias, and two supermarkets. The main village of Tertenia is 10/15 minutes by car and here you will find all the remaining services such as ATM, gas station, post office, and additional restaurants and supermarkets.
