Elegant flat, located on the first floor of a typical Carinthian villa in the heart of Opicina, recently renovated and furnished in a functional way for travellers from all over the world. Its strategic location is only 5 km from the centre of Trieste and 3 km from Slovenia.The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery, ideal for a totally relaxing stay! Within walking distance, there are many amenities such as supermarkets ( 20 metres away), shops, restaurants, historical sites and bars. There is a suite equipped with every comfort, a modern bathroom with a shower cubicle, complete bathroom fixtures and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, a large open space with a fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with a dining area, featuring two elegant vintage armchairs, a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video, a beautiful wooden table and an area dedicated to the coffee machine and kettle, with tea bags, capsules and sugar available.
