Casa Ortobene is a comfortable apartment located in a very quiet residential area, located on the first and last floor, equipped with many comforts such as: air conditioning, a comfortable terrace with a breathtaking view, coffee machine, kettle and whirpool tub. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchenette, equipped with a water purifier so as not to have to buy it and always have unlimited drinking water, a hob with electric plates and a small electric oven. The living room offers a beautiful view of Mount Ortobene, from which it is possible to go out onto the terrace and enjoy the view across the valley below. The bedroom is large and well furnished, with built-in wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the hill. The bathroom is well stocked and equipped with a whirlpool tub. The amenities are completed by a small library from which you can read a book while sipping a good glass of red wine comfortably seated on the terrace. Free street parking always available.
