- the building is new and in downtown - apartment is on second floor with lift - 2 public parking and 1 private parking around the building, all free - Ortona ( BLU FLAG for beaches 2024) is located on Trabocchi Coast
- Lady Rita like to practice Nord Walking on 'Trabocchi Coast' - she make a very accurate check on apartment cleaning - she knows all the disinfection tecnique - her husband speaks fluent English
- apartment located on area very quite but at only 500 mt from the city hall and very close to all the principal attraction - the Bicycle Lane on Trabocchi Coast is at only 2.4 km by car with many rental bike offices - Sand Beach is at 4,4 km by car - Stone Beach is at 2.4 km by car - 18 holes GOLF CLUB at 14 km in Miglianico with green fee from only 30 euro
