Large 18th Century Semi-detached Villa in the historic centre of Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo; stunning views from terrace; 25 minutes from Pescara Airport; 25 minutes from the Adriatic Coast; 50 minutes from ski resorts
Lives in primarily Cambridgeshire, England. Bought property after retirement as family home during several months of the year. The property was totally restored by another English family who bought the property in 2016 as their second residence.
Lovely neighbourhood. Several English, Swedish, American and Belgian families live in in the historic centre of Loreto Aprutino during several months of the year. Locals are extremely friendly to expatriates and tourists.
