40mq apartment in the village of Spoltore, central location with all services within 200mt Bus stop 50mt with which you can reach the sea in 20 minutes (10 min. by car) The apartment consists of a double bedroom with TV, sofa bed in the living room with TV (for 2 children or 1 adult) Kitchen, dining room and bathroom complete with services. Private parking with camera, armored door, independent heating, Wi Fi.
