Appartamento ricavato in un antico casale tipico delle campagne emiliane, completamente restaurato e tenuto con cura. Si trova a Basilicanova, a pochi minuti da Parma e facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in una posizione silenziosa e isolata, circondato da +15000 mq di giardino. L'appartamento dispone di cucina propria e di un ampio balcone affacciato sui campi ideale per la colazione all'aperto o per una pausa nel verde. La quiete della zona e l'apertura sul paesaggio agricolo lo rendono adatto sia a chi viaggia per lavoro e cerca tranquillità, sia a chi visita Parma e il territorio.
Conosciamo bene la zona e il territorio intorno a Parma, e siamo a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità durante il soggiorno: dalle indicazioni pratiche ai consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare nei dintorni.
