* CHECK-IN POLICY :Please note that standard check-in is strictly available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To protect the logistics and deep cleaning of our premium properties, mandatory extra fees apply outside these hours and must be settled in cash (contanti) upon arrival with our on-site manager:

- Early Check-in from 12:00 PM (noon) to 5:00 PM: €30 (Subject to availability and prior formal confirmation by Management).

- Late Check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30

- Late Check-in after 11:00 PM: €50

No property access and no key exchange will be granted without the full clearance of these corporate security fees.

EMERGENCY CALL-OUT: Any emergency intervention due to guest fault/negligence (lost keys, locked doors) will incur a fixed fee of €50.00 per intervention, plus professional repair costs.
