Located 800m from the old town of San Gimignano. CASA SIMONETTA is a newly restored 140 square meter apartment. OFFERS 2 FREE PARKING SPACES INSIDE THE PROPERTY, the possibility of covered parking, locked for tourists with bicycles, free WI-FI, a reception open 24 hours a day. The apartment offers 4 large bedrooms including 3 doubles and 1 single with French bed. An equipped kitchen with large fridge and oven, a washing machine and 1 bathroom with bidet. Furthermore, to keep mosquitoes away 🦟 (mosquito) with each booking we treat the whole apartment with totally natural products, to guarantee their total absence.
The apartment is 800 meters from the entrance of the medieval city of San Gimignano, with 10 minutes of panoramic walk and totally illuminated at night it is possible to reach the historic center without the need to take the car ... Under the house there is a service every 20 minutes by mini bus connecting all historical parts of the city. The apartment is in the middle of green areas with parks and games for children.
