The vacation home is part of a semi-detached house (the other unit is IVC202). The house is accessible via a staircase. From the windows you can admire a beautiful landscape of the lagoon and on clear days you can see Venice and the bell tower of San Marco. A large room on the first floor is reserved for dinners with a cook, which can be booked directly with the owners. Both units have their own entrance with private garden, ideal for lovely evenings outdoors. The pool and the terrace with deck chairs are shared. Take excursions on foot or by bike in the lagoon landscape. Near the house you can rent bikes, canoes and kayaks, as well as relax in the sun and kite surf.
