This beautiful villa is situated on the top of a lovely hill in the middle of the country and from here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the adriatic sea, It is not far eway (5 km) from a small town with shops and a big supermarket where you can buy all things you like and need. All around the villa there are places of grate interest that you can explor old medioeval villages whit castless and towels on the top of smiling hills and rocky peaks. you can visit the famous republic of S.Marino wich is the smailes republic in the world
