Renovated, 80sqm mezzanine floor, exposure on South and West sides. South terrace. Kitchen with induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Sofa, smartTV40". Double bedroom with bathroom, TV22". Room with 2 beds. Second bathroom. Basement (40 sq mt) for exclusive use: washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, floor washer. STORE skis, boots, bikes. PARKING PLACE near the house. WIFI
Ciro is an expert Mountain Guide, Laura own UI UA IU travel agency in Bormio. They will be able to advise you and organize excursions on foot, on skis, by mountain bike, via ferrata and climbing. They live a short distance from the apartment, they are always available or reachable by phone.
200mt. from the pedestrian area, 500 mt. from the thermal baths of Bormio. 850mt. from the cable car departure. 20 mt. municipal green area and playground, supermarket, pizzeria, shops and pharmacy a few meters away. Everything can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
