Casa Tre Fiori 3 is a freshly renovated, cosy apartment (30 m²) on the 3rd floor of a historic 1930s building in the peaceful village of Pedemonte — just 20 minutes from the centre of Genoa. It's a small, secure building (only 3 rental units, monitored stairwell) with convenient self check-in by code, at any time of day. The interior is designed for comfort: a bedroom with a sturdy bunk bed, a spacious wardrobe and a quiet triple-glazed window; a bright living room with a sofa bed (comfortable for 2 adults), a dining table for 4 and a Smart TV; a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and full tableware); and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Dual-zone air conditioning with a heating function keeps it comfortable all year round. Free parking right under the building, with a bakery, cafés and a grocery store 300 m away. The bus stop to Genoa is just 150 m from the door.
