More than a century ago, two Piedmontese adventurers, Engineer Sella and Avvocato Mosca, looked at uncultivated nature with new eyes, fell in love with her and with her created the Sella & Mosca farm. In 1899, the reclamation began that brought this land to welcome the beauty of the vines, the scents and colors of the grapes. Casa Villamarina is a recently inaugurated farmhouse inside the Sella&Mosca Estate, a historic company in the Italian wine sector that is celebrating 120 years of history this year. The farmhouse is located in one of the structures of the village, in the heart of the company, which at the beginning of the century housed the residence of the Marquis of Villamarina, the homes of the farmers, a church and other buildings used as work spaces and consists of 14 rooms. The property is located in the middle of an early century village born as a wine business in 1899 and surrounded by 550 hectares of vineyards. The adjacent buildings house the wine shop, where it is possible to taste and buy wine, a showroom, two historical museums, the guesthouse, the suggestive cellars of the end of the 19th century and other buildings in which the company's business takes place. Staying at the farmhouse will allow you to live a real experience: staying in the beating heart of a real activity and being immersed in the pioneering history of Sella & Mosca at the turn of the century. The property is located just 7 km away from the Alghero-Fertilia Riviera del Corallo.

Our Agriturism is located just 8 km from the city and the sea, in a strategic position with respect to the major attractions of the area: the Spiaggia delle Bombarde, the Spiaggia del Lazzaretto, the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju, the largest Sardinian necropolis from which it takes its name our fortified wine, the Promontory of Capo Caccia, the Grotte di Nettuno and many others.
