The flat is located in Finalpia, a few meters from the beach. It is situated in a two family-building on the first floor. Next to the flat is available a courtyard, a bike room and an area where you can wash your bike.
A few meters away the flat you find a supermarket, shops, cafès, restaurants and a pharmacy. Starting from Finalpia and following the promenade you arrive at the center of Finalmarina. From Finalpia following the provincial road to le Manie you find many pathways where you can go hiking and mountain biking. Le Manie is a famous place among mountain bike lovers thanks to the 24 H of Le Manie, an international competiton that takes place in May.
