L'Azienda produce olio extravergine di oliva D.O.P Colline Pontine, miele delle proprie api e prodotti agricoli dell'orto, tutti biologici. La Fattoria Didattica dell’Azienda Agricola organizza attività per gruppi di bambini e scolaresche, gruppi privati e famiglie. Dispone di area verde attrezzata per pic nic con barbecue, gazebi, ombrelloni e parcheggio. Parco giochi bambini. Animali presenti in fattoria: caprette, conigli, una cavalla, oche, anatre, galline, faraone, tacchini, asini, maiali, pecore, cincillà, cavie peruviane, tartarughe di acqua e di terra, germani reali, pesciolini, pavoni, pulcini, lombrichi, cani, gatti e molto altro!
