In the heart of central Tuscany, there is a semi-independent annexe to a newly-restored country residence that is perfect for a group of 3 guests.   Located on Tuscan hills and surrounded by olive groves and cypresses, this one-bedroom vacation rental with a shared pool and a private as well as a shared garden promises an authentic holiday experience. Guests can soak in the beauty of its natural landscape from the manicured garden area which also has a small set up for dining. The pool is also equipped with salt filters, sunbeds and sun chairs. - If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st has to be paid on the spot based on consumption. - A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required for under 21 years old groups - Tourist tax to be paid on site: EUR 2.5 per pax per day - up to 5 days - up to 14 years are exempt.
