Delightful apartment of about 60 square meters located in the woods of the Valdichiana at about 450mt of altitude. It is accessible via a dirt road (local) and has private parking. It consists of a large living room, a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. In winter the accommodation is heated. Outside, there is a large sunny terrace with private access to a hot tub, open from the first of May to the thirtieth of September.

The apartment guarantees absolute social distancing and total independence. There are no other guests. There are no contacts with strangers (if not desired) if not the very fast check-in and check-out. It is an excellent starting point for tourist-cultural destinations which the territory is rich in. Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Perugia are easily and quickly reachable on provincial roads and highways. A few kilometers away, in the Municipality there are two important spas: Antica Querciolaia and Terme San Giovanni which can certainly be a pleasant addition to your stay.
