Property info

Casale De Filippo is an old renovated farmhouse with animals, a beautiful vegetable garden and a vineyard. On the ground floor of the main building there is the reception area and the dining/breakfast room,on the first floor there is 1 apartment with independent acces and 3 bedrooms with private bathroom. Close to the main building there is the dépendance, a small apartment with a private patio. The apartments and rooms share the garden, which is the perfect place to relax.

Casale De Filippo is located in Massa di Maratea, at 450 meters above sea level, a few kilometers from Christ the Redeemer and the historic center of Maratea. It is the ideal solution if you're looking for a calm and silent area, in contact with nature. Walking distance from the Casale there are a minimarket and an excellent restaurant, all the other locations are reachable by car. The distance from the main touristic locations are: Harbour of Maratea - 10 km Marina of Maratea - 12 km City center - 6 km Statue of Christ the Redeemer - 3,5 km
