A magnificent villa with a private swimming pool, nestled in lush gardens and set in a peaceful location just minutes from the sea and the unspoiled beaches of the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The villa is situated at the foot of the hill crowned by the historic Bennistra Tower and is only a two-minute walk from the charming village of Scopello. Accommodating up to six guests, the house offers breathtaking views of the sea, the surrounding gardens, and the pool - perfect for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Casale Nocellara is surrounded by nature and overlooks the sea and the “Faraglioni” rocks. It is just a short walk to the village of Scopello and the surrounding beaches, including “Tonnara di Scopello”. A few minutes by car to the bay of “Cala Mazzo di Sciacca”, “Guidaloca” beach, and to the Nature Reserve of “Zingaro”.
