Ground floor composed of kitchen, 1 bathroom, pantry, laundry room, large living room with fireplace. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bathrooms and closet. 3rd floor attic with 1 bathroom. The apartment has a shaded terrace, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs.Wine tour on request.
