Strategic location: A free and equipped beach, a restaurant, and children’s playgrounds are located right in front of the property. Just downstairs, you will find grocery stores, bakeries, and an ice cream shop, perfect for everyday needs. Nearby, there is also a shopping center with Action, Burger King, and a FitActive gym, as well as an indoor Olympic-size swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts. A pharmacy is just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 13 minutes away on foot or 4 minutes by car. Palacrociere and the Priamar Fortress are about 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. The port of Vado Ligure, with ferry connections to Corsica and Sardinia, is approximately 11 minutes away by car.
