The first two villas on the first floor have 2 bedrooms each, with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and a bathroom each, on the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining-living room with bathroom; additional single sofa beds for a total of 11 beds and 4 bathrooms. The third Villa on the ground floor is divided into 3 independent units consisting of a kitchen, bedroom with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and bathroom with shower, while on the first floor there is a fourth unit with kitchen, 2 bedrooms. bed with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and 2 bathrooms with shower; possibility of additional single sofa beds for a total of 15 beds and 5 bathrooms. 10 bicycles are available for guests; Possibility to organize: - typical Sicilian menu with the help of a qualified Chef; - evening with dances and Sicilian music; - excursions with boat to hire also with skipper; - horseback riding in the woods. Ability to participate in: - Italian cooking course; - ceramics course; - sailing course; - riding course; - harvest (August / September); - olive harvest (October / November); - fishing trip with lunch on the boat.

Property info

The three villas, two completely renovated recently and a third completed in 2021, can only be rented jointly and together with external services; they are located a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the beach of Gorgo Lungo. They are surrounded by large green spaces allowing their guests a pleasant, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The large, bright rooms equipped with all comforts: independent air conditioning system, satellite television. Outside there is a large garden equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, two swimming pools (with protective barrier) usable from March to November and on request also in winter: one for adults mt. 8x16 with depth up to 2.40 meters (the largest private pool in the area) and one for children mt. 4x6, 0.70 meters deep (heated), which being equipped with a whirlpool can also be used by adults. From November 2018 the smaller pool can be heated only with a minimum notice of one week, and an extra contribution of Euro 200 per week to be paid upon arrival). Free internal parking. In November 2025, the local authority approved the payment upon arrival of a Tourist Tax of Euro 1 per night, for up to 10 consecutive days, for stays from March 1st to October 31st of each year, with exemption for guests up to 12 years of age.

Neighborhood info

For those arriving by plane from outside Italy it is advisable to land at the Palermo-Falcone-Borsellino airport, 80 km away, or at the Trapani-Birgi airport, about 150 km away from the Villa, taking advantage of Ryanair's discounted prices. Driving along the PA-ME motorway, take the Cefalù exit and turn left on the SS.113 PA-ME (towards Palermo), follow the signs for Lascari and then for Gorgo Lungo district, via Piana Nuova, first cross-road n.14. The sea is very close and accessible on foot; you can choose both sand and rocks, both the beach with very few people, and equipped beaches. The center of Cefalù is easily reachable also by public transport (bus or train, in 5 minutes). Nearby supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, disco, water park, spa, possibility to practice many sports or complete relaxation. Wednesday and Saturday in the surrounding area market of local fruit and vegetables and food and wine products. Free Wifi; around a large citrus garden; ideal for groups with children. Both before and during the stay we will do everything to realize the dreams of our guests.
