The "Chalet Lilla Livigno" is a modern wooden apartment in a new building perfectly located in the sunniest area of Livigno town in walking distance to the multiple sport activities offered in Livigno during all four seasons: ski alpine area (450m "Cassana"), cross-country, ice skating, winter and summer excursions in breathtaking "Val Federia" and Lakeside as well as biking and cycle paths. The apartment is equipped w/ a heated Skiboot system. The accomodation offers a quite stay far enough from crowed streets but very close to the famous shopping area, restaurants, bars and nightlife. First restaurants and shopping possibilities for daily needs are next door. The "Acquagranda" as "one of Europe’s largest centres for leisure, sportand wellness" with it's swimming pool for families and athletes as well as the new Olympic running track is located in 650m distance. Livigno's free shuttle/bus service has a station "Hotel Adele" just in front of the apartment. The blue and green line that will bring you everywhere in the area. Start the experience, start your journey!
The apartment is equipped with FTTC Internet. Speedtest on the 11th of Dec. 2021: 67 Mbps Download, 19,5 Mbps Upload. (Speed might vary). Home office and smart working are very well possible. The apartment is also equipped with a Skiboox that has a heating & drying function for your Skiboots for the mornings. The apartment has 2 covered car parking lots (included during winter times) and one parking lot outside. We offer a self-service check in to give you full flexibility on your arrival after 5:30pm. Check out time is between 8:30 -9:00 am. We do require a 200 Euro deposit for the furniture that will be returned after the check-out.
