The child-friendly retreat has a private pool with a garden and sun loungers in a delightfully sunny and green location, as well as an exclusive access loggia equipped with open-air dining, lounging and barbecue for uninterrupted summertime fun. - Please, NOTE: The owner who lives occasionally in the close Villa, and has separately her own lawn and garden, maintains the right to use the pool sporadically. If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot based on consumption. - Damage deposit: Euro 600 will be charged for the groups under 21. - Tax Town to be paid on the spot: EUR 2 per pax per day - until 7 days - up to 14 years old are exempt. - Please note that starting from 2027 electricity is available for a fee of EUR 7 per day.
