Architect, visionary, eager to see new places and to meet new people. I like sports, art, photography, music and good ideas.

Property info

This is an historical palace (XVI century) just refurbished through an accurate work to give new life to many ancient details such as wooden floors, frescos and natural materials. All these elements are mixed with my personal design. The place is located in the ancient city center and in few meters you'll find museums, "palazzo Ducale", Saint Laurence Cathedral or restaurants and bars for every lifestyle you prefer. A sparkly night life surrounds the location as well as boats, metro, taxi, etc. Suites are composed by two levels (double bedroom on single level): I'm desolated but the presence of the stair make this location not suitable for phisically challenged people or children not accurately supervised.

Neighborhood info

Declared UNESCO's patrimony and "Most Beautiful Town of Italy 2017", Genova is the largest historical center of Europe after Venice. What about the area? You are in the middle of everything and you can forget your car :-) Museums, Saint Lawrence Cathedral, Opera Theatre and a sparkling night life is all around you!
