Come and relax at this wonderful home and enjoy exploring the delights the area has to offer. This mansard is ideal for a couple, but has also a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate another person or other 2 children. The dining room provides seating for 4 people. There is one bathroom with a shower, basin, water and bidet. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the town centre of this lovely south coast. The apartment is on the second floor. It has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want when you are away from home. There is a huge flat screen TV in the comfortable lounge, supplied with Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully equipped.
I am the owner of this delightful attic. I love nature, animals and especially people coming from places different from mine: all knowledge is a source of personal and social wealth. I speak English and Italian, since, when I was young, in the 60, I went nine years in the charming New York.
The area offers the opportunity to spend the holiday in a quiet but never boring in every season of the year. The mild climate, clean air, the simplicity of the accomodation and the hospitality of the owners are all good reasons to visit Minturno. The sea is characterized throughout Lazio, the color blue and the long beaches. On the coast of Minturno, you can find a marina that can accommodate vessels and yachts, where the sea allow to practice all water sports in complete safety. Other docks are located on the right bank of the river Garigliano. Mother Nature has not forgotten anything to make this city and its surroundings so unique and comfortable: majestic mountains for hikers; a regional park (Riviera di Ulisse) with lots of important environmental features; many camping areas; and spas, a short distance (Suio Terme), appreciated and frequented by the Romans. From Scauri you can reach Gaeta, the largest city in the area that gives its name to the gulf (15 minutes); the magic Sperlonga, the white town above the sea (25 minutes); the abbey, famous in the world of Monte Cassino (30 minutes); the Royal Palace of Caserta (Royal Palace of Caserta) (30 min.)
