Charming apartment that can accommodate 4 people with two bedrooms, just steps from the beach

One master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds (it’s possible to request two queen-sized beds). The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washing machine. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The outdoor space, shaded by a sun awning, is perfect for dining outdoors in the spring and summer. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi and two TVs with "Netflix," making it an ideal choice for tourists and visitors looking to explore this beautiful coastline.
Located in a lovely spot just a short walk from the beach (190 meters on foot), which has earned the prestigious "Blue Flag" recognition, the apartment is a short drive from destinations like Lake Fogliano, Sabaudia, the Gardens of Ninfa, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter "Anxur," Nettuno, Sermoneta, and the islands of Palmarola, Ponza, Ventotene, and more. Free on-site parking is available. There’s also a foot shower to rinse off sand and a second outdoor shower for after the beach. Several well-known seafood restaurants are nearby.
The apartment is conveniently located for reaching Rome in about 60 minutes by car, Naples in 2.5 hours, and Pompeii in about 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Hi, I'm Mirco, I'm 38 years old, and I've had a love for the sea and a passion for traveling since I was a child. That's why I decided to share my charming apartment, which is located close to the waterfront in Latina.
Guests enjoy the waterfront for taking a stroll with a sea view and easily reaching the many beach clubs during the summer. The area also has several local seafood restaurants, all within walking distance. I recommend having breakfast at the 'Boca Chica' Bar Restaurant, which is just a short walk away, and I suggest having a sunset aperitif at the 'Fogliano Hotel' Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.
For an elegant dinner, I recommend the high-quality seafood restaurant 'Made in Italo Il Velletrano,' located only 350 meters from the apartment.
In the summer, I recommend the 'Tortuga Beach' beach club, just a 9-minute walk from the apartment.
