Our apartments are situated in the heart of the city of Arezzo: just 160 meters away stands the Duomo Cathedral and 450 meters away we have Piazza Grande (the main city square where you can enjoy a meal with a spectacular view and sightsee). NO TRAFFIC ZONE "B". PRIVATE PARKING NOT AVAILABLE. Our apartments are inside the medieval Chiaromanni Palazzo (residential building), renovated in 2020 with a unique design that brings old and modern together. Both apartments are at street level, ideal for your holidays or to celebrate your special events. Our furniture is thought out with comfort and simplicity in mind, with a touch of elegance and a reminder to the past with original and untouched 1700’s stuccos on the walls. The Chiaromanni Suite apartments are situated at the heart of the medieval city center of Arezzo, near the Francesco Petrarca House and in front of the Tofano’s Pozzo, made famous by Boccaccio’s Decameron. Nearby you can find the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza Grande. In the latter, symbol of the old medieval city, lots of public events take place. Here, for example, the Antiques Fair takes place every first weekend of the month; the Saracino, a jousting event, takes place in June and September. Last but not least, the Christmas Fair that takes place from November to December in Arezzo’s streets with lots of food and holiday spirit! The Logge Vasari frame the entire square, dating back to 1527 made by Giorgio Vasari and commissioned by the Tuscan Archduke. The apartments are also near the Prato (a big green space at the top of the city) and the Fortezza Medicea. Inside the fortress you can visit archaeologic sites and take part in various events and vernissages. The whole of the city centre encircles our apartments with its pubs, bars, restaurants, shops and Arezzo’s Botteghe where you can find local made products.
